The engineers who scoped it

An implementation is a change management project that happens to involve software.

Configuration is the easy half. Getting a hundred people to work differently on a Monday morning is not, so the method is deliberately unremarkable and followed every time: document reality, write the scope down, configure to your policies, migrate and reconcile, train on real records close to go-live, stay through the first close.

02Deliverables

What we actually hand over

Discovery, configuration, data migration, training and go-live cover, with the same team from scope through support.

  1. 01

    Process discovery

As-is workflows with the workarounds, interviews at every level, and a costed gap analysis.

  2. 02

    Written scope and plan

Phases, deliverables, owners, dates and an explicit out-of-scope list, agreed before anyone builds.

  3. 03

    System configuration

Chart of accounts, cost centres, numbering, tax setup, approval chains, roles and permissions, to your policies.

  4. 04

    Data migration

Masters, opening balances and history out of Tally, Busy, Excel or a legacy ERP — cleaned, de-duplicated and reconciled line by line against your existing trial balance.

  5. 05

    Role-based training

Hands-on sessions on your own migrated data, champions per department, written SOPs left behind.

  6. 06

    Go-live and hypercare

A rehearsed cutover with a rollback position, cover through the first month-end, a written review.

03Engagement

How the work gets shaped

Pick whichever shape suits the work. We will tell you which one we think fits before you ask, and say so plainly if the answer is none of them.

Whichever you pick, the same engineers stay on it. Nothing moves to a delivery pool halfway through.

  • Full implementation, typically 3-4 months for a single location
  • Phased rollout for multi-location and multi-company groups
  • Rescue engagements for implementations that have stalled

Tell us what is actually going wrong

Fifteen minutes on WhatsApp is usually enough to tell whether an ERP is the right answer for you. If it is not, we will say so.
